Mark was fantastic at ascertaining my criteria for a new home, providing listings of homes that matched my desires, and even visiting homes in my absence to get a feel for the true quality of the home and location. He would often conduct video conference “walk-thru’s” for me so I could watch remotely and ask questions or direct him to particular spots of the home for a closer look. When I was able to visit the location in-person, Mark packed the schedule with qualified listings to make the best use of my limited time.Mark assisted me with three offers and his guidance was invaluable. In each case, Mark analyzed the current market for the specific property and collaborated with me on a reasonable offer. We made a back-up offer on a home Mark uncovered that I thought was perfect. Ultimately the original offer went through so we had to keep looking. The second offer was for a very nice property that was de-listed just as we made the offer. The successful offer was for a property that was listed well beyond what I was willing to pay but Mark was able to negotiate a deal well below the asking price. Mark then served as my representative for the closing of the sale so I did not have to make another trip.Post closing, Mark was extremely diligent in facilitating the hand-over from the seller to me including obtaining documentation on equipment & appliances, securing all security and gate codes, and obtaining a list of current vendors so there was no gap in services for the home. He also recommended to me high quality contractors who were able to make minor changes, repairs, and paint touch-ups prior to my move.In summary, Mark’s diligence in showing me multiple properties that matched my desires, his expert advice in making reasonable offers and his above-and-beyond service after the sale garner my highest recommendation.
